Personal Chef
We provide a weekly or biweekly in-home meal service. We’re perfect for moms and dads who don’t have time to cook, but are not willing to sacrifice their health or their children’s health by eating processed and fast food. We have a wide range of clients, busy professionals as well as retired couples who can’t or are tired of cooking, but do not want to go out. We work with our clients to maintain a tasty and nourishing diet. All types of menus are available: vegetarian, weight-loss, gluten-free, kosher, etc. Over time we can create your custom flavor profile that will aid in future menu selection. My most common weekly service is 3 meals, 4 servings each.
How It Works:
1. You or I choose the menu
2. I do the grocery shopping
3. I prepare the food in your kitchen
4. I place the ready-to-be reheated food in your containers in your fridge

One of our most popular options is our individually customized healthy meal plan with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day of the week. These menus are developed within your eating and nutritional parameters and designed to help you live a clean and nourishing life.
Cooking Lessons and Nutrition Consultation
I have an arsenal of tried and true recipes if you struggle with cooking meals that are both tasty and healthy. Fruits, vegetables, proteins and grains are all loaded with various nutritional content, so it’s important to understand what foods work best for you. With over 12 years of professional (20 years of personal) experience I can give you all kinds of cooking ideas and tricks so that you can impress your family and friends with your new found cooking skills.
