Chez Drea provides delicious and healthy meals using the best local and seasonal organic ingredients to help clients create a nourishing, balanced and sustained diet. We live in a bountiful region similar to that of the Mediterranean, and should be eating a diet rich in olive oil, nuts, whole grains, fish, fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. The Mediterranean diet emphasizes healthy fats and is known specifically to provide food for a strong heart and healthy brain. I work closely with my clients to help them achieve their individual health goals. I introduce a variety of food into their diet and pride myself on the fact that I’m able to get my clients to eat the most nutrient dense vegetables on the planet, foods they’d sworn they couldn’t eat. As you begin to cut out processed foods your body’s natural instincts return and cravings for sugar and junk food disappear.
Choosing to eat organic is a choice for the health of our body and immune system, the health of our family, our soil and our planet. Organic food has been grown without harmful chemicals such as fertilizers, growth hormones or antibiotics.
I can accommodate most diets, vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo, etc. I am ServSafe certified, fully insured and licensed. I also hold a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University.
